FAQ
Web tools
Q. Do I need to log in?
A. Most web tools need no account. Local PWAs keep data in the browser on this device. Only DeliverManager uses email login (magic link).
Q. Local tools vs server tools?
A. Local tools stay on your device and are not uploaded to Try Dabble servers. DeliverManager stores delivery records on a server. SoulCro and the KRX terminal may call servers or third-party APIs for their features. See the privacy policy and each guide.
Q. I see ads.
A. Google AdSense may appear on try-dabble.com hub pages, guides, and some tool UIs. Tools that say “no ads” in their guides (for example Outcheck) stay without ads in the tool UI. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
Q. Where are the guides?
A. Open a card on the home page or the /guides index. Each tool has /guides/slug (for example /guides/outcheck, /guides/slowroll).
Q. How do I send feedback from an app?
A. Many individual web apps include a feedback widget. If not, or if you prefer email, write to support@try-dabble.com and put the tool name in the subject.
Q. Is the KRX stock terminal a Kiwoom product?
A. No. It is a Try Dabble browser tool. Quotes come from Kiwoom Securities’ Open API. It is not affiliated with Kiwoom, not an order ticket, and not investment advice.
Q. Is the Saju result a professional reading?
A. It is for entertainment. Do not hand marriage, jobs, or health to the score. The SoulCro guide states the scope.
DeliverManager
Q. I can't log in.
A. Check the address the magic link was sent to. The link works once. If the mail is missing, look in spam, then write to the address below.
Q. Where do I change camera or photo access?
A. Only for delivery-complete photos. On iPhone: Settings > DeliverManager. On Android: Settings > Apps > DeliverManager.
Q. My delivery records are gone.
A. Signing in with the same email often restores them. If not, mail us the address on the account.
Mobile apps
Q. The app isn't working.
A. Update from the store. If it still fails, delete and reinstall. This covers ShotLinq, Pairly, and Blurt.
Q. How do I delete my account?
A. For services with login (DeliverManager, ShotLinq, and similar), mail a deletion request. Put the app name and the sign-in email in the subject. For local PWAs, clear the site data in your browser.
