Privacy Policy

Try Dabble (the "Operator") publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how personal information is handled under applicable privacy law. Treatment depends on the kind of tool.

1. Three buckets

1-1. Local-only tools (most CSR/PWAs)

No account. Data you enter stays in browser storage on your device and is not uploaded to Try Dabble servers. Clearing site data deletes it. The exception is Boothpad, the party photo booth, which uploads photos to a shared album and deletes them automatically 7 days after the event is created (see Boothpad below).

1-2. Server-backed tools

DeliverManager: email login (magic link) identifies your account and stores delivery records on our servers. Delivery records are generally kept for 1 year after you stop using the service, then deleted. Camera / photo library access is only for delivery-complete photos when you use that feature; uploads are stored only when that tool sends them.

SoulCro and the KRX stock terminal (stock-info): may call our servers or third-party APIs for fortune or market features. Collection is limited to what those features need; they are not DeliverManager-style member accounts. See each guide.

1-3. Advertising (hub and guides)

We may show Google AdSense on hub pages and guides. Ad partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, IP address, and browser/device information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. That processing is under the partners’ policies, not on Operator servers.

1-4. Mobile apps

ShotLinq: email magic-link login creates an account. Screenshots are stored on Cloudflare R2 (free 100MB / Plus 1GB tiers). To delete your account and data, email support@try-dabble.com; we clear R2 objects tied to the account on deletion.

Pairly: a couple budget app with manual expense entry (no bank link). Email magic-link login and pairing let two people sync a shared budget; expenses for the couple are stored on Operator servers. Pairly Plus in-app subscription may be offered via RevenueCat / App Store and Google Play (payment details handled under those platforms’ policies). Unlink or delete the account via in-app controls or support@try-dabble.com.

Blurt: no login. Generated audio and history stay on-device; the text you submit may be sent to a speech (TTS) API for transient processing to generate audio. There is no account to delete—clear the app’s data on your device.

Discpad: no login. Your collection and cover photos are stored only in this browser on your device and are never sent to Operator servers. If you use the optional title search, only the title you type is sent to Wikidata (www.wikidata.org) to fetch results. Receiptpad: no login. Your receipts, photos and notes are stored only in this browser on your device and are never sent anywhere; the app makes no requests of its own besides loading its files. Clearing the site data on your device deletes your receipts, so export a ZIP file regularly.

Monitorpad: no login and no stored history. Video goes device-to-device (peer-to-peer) and never passes through our server. Our server (a Cloudflare Worker) only passes connection setup messages briefly while a session lasts (the pairing code, connection details including the network addresses needed to connect, a short device name such as “iPad · Safari”, and allow/deny/end) and saves nothing; a room is wiped when the session ends or expires. To stop code guessing, new codes per IP address are limited by Cloudflare’s rate limiting, and join attempts are limited to 20 per IP address and minute, counted under a one-way hash of the address (salted daily) that is kept for 60 seconds and then deleted; we don’t store the addresses themselves. To find a direct route, your browser asks public STUN servers run by Cloudflare (stun.cloudflare.com) and Google (stun.l.google.com) for its public address; they see your IP address but never the video. Recordings and snapshots are saved only on the watching device. Tastepad: no login. Your entries (titles, scores, notes, dates, areas and the rest) are stored only in this browser on your device and are never sent anywhere. If you use the optional movie title search, only the title text you type and the UI language are sent to Wikidata (www.wikidata.org) to get matches back. Open in map is a link that opens a map site (www.google.com/maps, or maps.apple.com on iPhone and iPad) only when you tap it; then the restaurant name and area (and address, if you added one) go to that site. Waterpad: no login. Your drinks, garden, flowers and settings are stored only in this browser on your device and are never sent anywhere. The optional drink reminders are made on your device by the open or installed app; there is no push server, and nothing is sent for them. Recipepad: no login. Your recipes and grocery list are stored only in this browser on your device. Link extract: when you tap Get recipe, the link you pasted is sent to our server (recipepad.try-dabble.com/api/extract), which fetches that page once, reads only the recipe data (name, servings, ingredients, steps, time) and sends it back; the page and the link are not stored or logged by us. To limit abuse, a counter keyed by a one-way salted hash of your IP address (never the address itself) lives for at most one minute. The site you link to sees a request from Cloudflare’s servers, not your device. Pasting the page text instead sends nothing. Showpad: no login. Your list, watched episodes, ratings and notes are stored only in this browser on your device, and nothing is sent to us. Show info: show searches and show/episode details are requested directly from your browser to TVmaze (api.tvmaze.com; posters from static.tvmaze.com): TVmaze sees what you search for and your IP address like any website; we don’t see it. Scanpad: no login. Your lists and scans are stored only in this browser on your device, and nothing is sent to us. Camera: the camera picture is read on the device — barcode decoding happens in the browser — and is never uploaded or stored; only the decoded text is saved. Location: requested only when you tap “Add my location” on a scan or turn on “Attach my location to each scan” for a GPS column, and stored only in that scan on this device. Exports (CSV or Excel) and backups are files you save yourself. Mediapad: no login. Your library (the games, anime, manga, books, movies and TV you add, with status, progress, ratings and notes) is stored only in this browser on your device, and nothing is sent to us. Search: the words you type go directly from your browser to the catalog you search (Wikidata and Wikimedia, TVmaze, Open Library, Kitsu), under their own privacy policies; nothing from your library goes with them. Cover images load from those catalogs’ servers. Backup files, spreadsheet files (CSV) and files you bring in are files you save and pick yourself. Gallerypad: no login. The post address you paste and the post details go directly between your browser and Reddit (reddit.com), under Reddit’s own policies. Browsers block a page on another site from saving Reddit’s images directly, so when a post opens, the page briefly asks our server (gallerypad.try-dabble.com/img) about each image, reading only whether it exists and its file type, to show the right file names, and when you save, the image files (i.redd.it, preview.redd.it) pass through that server, which fetches them from Reddit and passes them straight on to you (for 18+ posts, only after you choose to show the images); it sends Reddit none of your cookies or referrer and never stores or logs the images or their addresses. ZIP files and separate files are built on your device. Only your file name pattern and your last 10 post links (with titles) are kept, in this browser on your device, and you can clear them any time. Post data you paste and files you pick are read only on this device. Babypad: no login. Your notes, photos, your child’s name and birthday and your tags are stored only in this browser’s own storage on this device, and nothing is sent to us. Photos are made smaller on your device and never uploaded, so we never see them. Backup files (ZIP) are made on your device and go only where you save them, and Import backup reads the file you pick only on this device. What you write about your child is your family’s data and stays on your device. Boothpad: a QR party photo booth, and the one Try Dabble tool that uploads; its purpose is a shared party album. No login, no account, and it never asks for a name, email or location. What is stored: the photos guests take (plus small preview copies), the event name and optional date, the caps and counters (shots per guest, photos per event, shots used), a random device code made for each guest, of which only a one-way fingerprint is stored and which is used only to count shots and let guests delete their own photos, the fingerprint of the host’s admin key, and reports (event, photo, reason, time; no IP address). Photos are kept in Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare’s file storage) and everything else in Cloudflare Workers KV (its key-value storage), on Cloudflare’s network. Who can see them: anyone with the event link (it is long and random, but whoever has it can view and download the photos). Retention: everything is deleted automatically 7 days after the event was created (each item expires on its own and an hourly clean-up removes anything left); photos cannot be recovered after that. Deletion: the host deletes any photo or the whole event instantly with the admin link, and guests delete their own photos. Reports: a report hides the photo from the album immediately, the host reviews it (delete or restore), and try-dabble may remove reported photos. Photos are made smaller and re-saved on the guest’s device, which removes location and camera details, and the server removes any that remain before storing a photo. Photo content is not logged, analysed, sold or shared with third parties, and there are no ads in the tool. To have a photo taken down, use its Report button or Send feedback on the Boothpad guide page. Radiopad: no login. Your favorites, recently played stations, hidden stations, saved songs and settings are stored only in this browser’s own storage on this device, and nothing is sent to us. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Backup files and CSV files are made on your device and go only where you save them, and Restore a backup reads the file you pick only on this device. Searching and playing contact radio-browser.info, a community station directory, directly from your browser, and starting a station sends that directory an anonymous click count for the station. Streams come straight from each station’s own server, which sees your IP address like any website. For song info, our server (radiopad.try-dabble.com/api/now) asks the station’s stream for its current title: it receives only the station id from your browser, keeps nothing, and is rate-limited by IP address without storing it. We never record streams. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. The starter food list (USDA FoodData Central, public domain) ships with the app, so no food database is looked up over the internet. The body weight you may type to work out a protein goal is used for that sum only and never stored. Nothing is uploaded; photos are shrunk and kept on this device. The optional Open Food Facts lookup happens directly from your browser to world.openfoodfacts.org, only when you scan or type a barcode, and only the barcode digits are sent; a barcode photo is read only on this device. The name, brand and picture that come back belong to Open Food Facts (data under ODbL, images under CC BY-SA), and the app shows the credit. When you turn on Portrait coaching, a face-landmark model (MediaPipe, Apache-2.0) is loaded from Framepad’s own site; it runs on this device and never receives your camera picture. Stars, picks and rejects are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device, per file name, size and modified date, and “Forget saved ratings” deletes them. XMP sidecars, CSV lists and ZIP files are made on your device and go only to the folder or download location you choose. Chorepad: no login. The shifts, fixed blocks, chores, last-done dates, settings and history you enter are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Imported .ics and backup files are read on the device only, and exported .ics and backup files are created on it. It sends no notifications. The Guide & Feedback counter sends only the app name, an event name and the UI language — never shifts or chores. Cloudflare Web Analytics and the automatic bot check never include your plan.

Inkcal: no login. Your ink, stickers, the titles and times you type, page styles and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Picked .ics calendar files and backup files are read on the device only, and exported PNG, PDF and backup files are created on it. Karaokepad: no login. Your songs (title, artist, your key, original key, tempo, stars, tags, memo), sing log, setlists and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Song suggestions: while you type in the “Add a song” field, your browser sends only the typed text and a country matching the app language (jp/kr/us/de) directly to Apple’s iTunes Search API (itunes.apple.com). Apple sees that search text and your IP address like any website; your saved list is never sent. Apple’s privacy policy applies to that request. Lyrics are never fetched or stored; “Search lyrics” only opens a Google web search in a new tab. Pasted text and picked CSV or backup files are read on the device only. Mahjongpad: no login. Player names, sessions, hanchan scores, rule presets, your stop-loss and goal, and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Backup (.json) and CSV files are created on the device, and picked backup or CSV files are read on the device only. Settlement text and images leave only when you tap “Copy as text”, “Share” or “Save as image”, and go only to the clipboard or the app or download location you choose. Intervalpad: no login. Medicine names, dose notes, intervals and due times, every taken or skipped entry with its note, and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Calendar (.ics), CSV and backup (.json) files are created on the device, and picked backup files are read on the device only. If you turn on notifications, the browser shows them locally on this device; nothing is sent for them. Walletpad: no login. Card names and codes, front and back photos, ID and health details (ID number, insurer, blood type, allergies, emergency contact, your own fields), notes, the PIN setting and other settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. The camera is used on the device only while you scan a barcode; its frames are read on the device and not kept, and pictures you pick are read on the device only. The PIN is checked on the device and does not encrypt what is stored. ZIP, JSON and CSV backup files are created on the device, and files you import (a Walletpad backup or a Catima export) are read on the device only. SeatView: no login. The seats you pick and settings such as the field of view are not stored on this device and are never sent anywhere. All the app loads is itself and the venue files (the venue list, the seat data and the KSPO DOME building model) from seatview.try-dabble.com. The seat you pick only goes into the part of the address after the # (#/v/<venue>?s=<section>&r=<row>&n=<seat>), which browsers do not send to the server; it reaches someone else only when you send them the link yourself. The app has no usage counter of its own. When the page is opened, Cloudflare may add its cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics script (static.cloudflareinsights.com), which counts page views anonymously, and may run an automatic bot check (/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform).

Readpad: no login. Titles and authors, total pages and the page you’re on, covers, ISBNs, notes, ratings, started, finished and stopped dates and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Covers, whether fetched from an image address or chosen as a photo, are made small and kept on this device, and photos you pick are read on the device only. The one outside request is the Open Library search: only when you tap “Search Open Library”, it sends just the text you typed (a title, author or ISBN) to openlibrary.org, and the covers of the matches come from covers.openlibrary.org; like any website, Open Library sees that search and your IP address. Your list is never sent. An image address you paste is fetched once from that site when you tap “Load”. JSON and CSV backup files are created on the device, and files you import (a Readpad backup, or a CSV from Goodreads, StoryGraph or elsewhere) are read on the device only. Researchpad: no login. Entries (date, event, sources, notes) and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Dictation is the browser’s own speech recognition: depending on the browser, the sound may go to its maker’s speech service while it becomes text (Google for Chrome, Apple for Safari, Microsoft for Edge), under that company’s privacy policy. Researchpad never receives the sound; it only puts the text it gets back into the field. Firefox has no dictation. Source addresses open in a new tab only when you tap them, and “Paste” reads the clipboard only when you tap it. The PDF timeline is made on the device by the browser’s print, and JSON and CSV backups are files you save yourself, created on the device; files you import are read on the device only. The vet summary and the sitter sheet are made on the device by the browser’s print, and .ics calendar files and JSON backups are files you save yourself, created on the device; a file you restore is read on the device only. Handslide: no login. The PDF you open is read and drawn only on this device; it is never uploaded or stored. Camera: used only while hand gestures are on; each frame goes only into the hand tracker running on this device (MediaPipe, with its files and model served from handslide.try-dabble.com) and is never recorded, stored or sent. Voice commands: only when switched on, they use the browser’s own speech recognition; depending on the browser, the sound may go to its maker’s speech service and be processed on its server while it becomes text (Google for Chrome, Apple for Safari, Microsoft for Edge), and Handslide never receives it. Firefox has no speech recognition. Only settings such as sensitivity, the hand to use and the listening mode are stored, in this browser’s storage on this device.

Shiftpad: no login. Jobs (name, colour, currency, hourly rates and the dates they changed, pay schedule, the extra pay rules you switched on, the deduction), shifts (date, start, end, unpaid break, note), the payslip figures you type in, a running clock, your holidays and settings are stored only in this browser’s storage on this device and are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Nothing connects to a bank, a payroll service or an employer’s system; every amount is an estimate worked out on the device. It does not use the camera, the microphone or your location. CSV exports and JSON backups are files you save yourself, created on the device; a file you restore is read on the device only. The Guide & Feedback counter sends only the app name, an event name and the interface language.

1-5. Usage statistics and interest sign-ups

The hub and the apps carry cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com), which anonymously counts page views, visits and page-load speed without identifying anyone and without reading what you type. The shared Guide & Feedback widget in each app also counts use anonymously: it sends to try-dabble.com/api/track only three things, the app name, an event name (“open” when the app is opened, “return” when the same browser opens it again 1–30 days after the first time) and the UI language. To know “return”, the browser keeps only the first-open date locally. No notes, accounts or device identifiers are sent.

When you use the widget’s “I’m interested” items (open on another device, automatic backup, share with a team), the app name and the item are stored, and your email address only if you enter one. The email is used solely to tell you when that feature exists and is deleted after 90 days.

2. Camera and photos (only where a tool uses them)

Examples: delivery photos in DeliverManager; camera rolls in Slowroll. Local tools keep media on-device unless that tool uploads. Boothpad uploads the photos taken in it to a shared album and deletes them automatically 7 days after the event is created.

4. Retention and destruction

Local data: until you clear it in the browser/device (not held on Operator servers)

We do not sell personal information. We disclose only with your prior consent or when law / lawful investigation requires it. For ads, Google and similar partners process data under their own policies.

8. Advertising, cookies, and third-party ad partners

The Operator may display Google AdSense on try-dabble.com hub pages and guides. Some tools (for example Outcheck) stay ad-free in the tool UI as stated in their guides.

Third-party ad partners, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, and device identifiers to show ads and measure impressions and clicks. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may see Google Funding Choices (certified CMP, IAB TCF). Personalized ads run only after consent where that message applies.

Opting out of personalized ads does not always remove ads; you may still see non-personalized ads.
