A. Please update the app to the latest version. If the problem persists, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app.

Q. How do I change camera/photo access permissions?

A. Go to iPhone Settings > DeliverManager > Permissions to change them.

Q. My data is gone.

A. Your data will be restored when you log in with the same account. If it's not restored, please contact us via email.
